Terms of sale

When you buy from us, you agree to the following terms and have the following rights and obligations.

The main characteristics of each product are described under the product description.

All costs incl. delivery
At the purchase price there will be payment of freight. The freight price usually depends on the size and weight of the item and will be shown when the item has been added to your shopping cart.

Taxes
If you order outside of the EU, then Danish VAT does not apply. Instead you will be imposed domestic VAT or Duties when receiving the goods according to the rules and regulations applying in that country. I.e. Danish VAT does not apply when ordering from the UK and Norway. Please get in touch, if you have any questions or contact your local tax authority.

Sale of Goods Act
It is a condition for purchasing products via www.manufakture.dk that you acting as consumer. The purchase is subject to the Executive Order No. 237 of 28 March 2003 with subsequent amendments (the Danish Buying Act “Købeloven”).

Delivery time
The delivery time for sending your purchased item depends on the destination of the shipment. If the items are out of stock or has to be manufactured, the time of delivery will be longer. For items that needs to be manufactured on order, the delivery time will be informed on request. Once the item has been shipped, we will send you a shipping number (tracking number).

Transport Insurance
When we ship the item to you, we include transport insurance in the freight amount.

Complaint of damages
Upon receipt of the product we ask you to check the package for any damages. If at receipt of the goods any damage to the item purchased is detected, then you shall refuse to receive the item. If only the packaging is damaged, ask the delivery to write it down. If you become aware of damage after you have unpacked the item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Withdraw from purchase
If you for any reason are not satisfied with your purchase you can withdraw from the agreement without justification within 14 days from receipt of the goods. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received the item. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us Manufakture, Skudehavnsvej 25, hal 4, 2150 Nordhavn, Denmark, +45 29 80 52 97 christoffer@manufakture.dk, your decision to withdraw from the contract. You are not required to use the form.

The cancellation deadline is complied with if you submit your notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before expiry of the withdrawal period.

If you exercise your right of cancellation we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we have received notice of your decision to cancel the purchase.

We make such a refund with the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees due to the refund. However, you must bear the direct costs incurred in returning the goods. The costs depend on the item delivered but is expected to amount to the same cost as delivery.

You do not have the right to regret if the item(s) have been produced specifically for your measures.

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the goods.

Law and jurisdiction
When you purchase with us, you agree that the Danish Buying Act (“Købeloven” cfr. above) applies to the purchase and governs the parties’ rights and obligations. This applies except for mandatory rules in the country in which you are a resident of, if it is a country other than Denmark.

In consumer purchases it is not possible to agree to court of law before a dispute arises, cf. paragraph 245, section 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure. If possible the proceedings shall be brought before the Danish courts and the venue is Copenhagen, Denmark.
